Personalised Aesthetic Consultation

The Personalised Aesthetic Consultation is the recommended starting point for any cosmetic aesthetic treatment at Platinum Cosmetic Skin Clinic. It is a one-on-one appointment with one of our Registered Nurses to understand your concerns, assess your suitability for treatment, and develop a personalised treatment plan if appropriate.

This is not a sales appointment. It is the step where we work out together whether a cosmetic aesthetic approach is right for you at all, and if so, which category of treatment, what timing, and what realistic expectations to set.

Our medical team of fully qualified Registered Nurses delivers a high standard of cosmetic aesthetic care, and we look forward to welcoming you to our clinic.

The Personalised Aesthetic Consultation is the recommended starting point for clients exploring:

  • Wrinkles & Lines
  • Volume, Definition & Structure
  • Lip Volume & Definition
  • Skin Rejuvenation
  • REJURAN
  • Any combination across these categories, or non-injectable alternatives

If you already know which category of treatment you would like to explore and have had a prior consultation with us, you are welcome to book a Consultation & Treatment appointment directly on that category's page.

What Happens at the Consultation

At your appointment, your practitioner will:

  • Discuss your concerns and cosmetic goals
  • Conduct a comprehensive facial assessment — symmetry, proportion, skin quality, expression patterns
  • Review your medical, medication, and cosmetic history
  • Have an honest conversation about what can realistically be achieved
  • Discuss all suitable treatment options, including non-injectable alternatives if appropriate
  • Provide clear pricing for any recommended treatment before you commit
  • Take photographs (with your consent) to support planning

No Treatment on the Day

A consultation is separate from a treatment booking. This is deliberate:

  • It gives you time to consider your plan without pressure
  • It allows your practitioner to review your relevant medical history fully
  • It supports informed consent — a non-negotiable standard for any prescription treatment
  • It avoids the "I went in for information and came out with a needle" dynamic

For returning clients: If you have already had your discovery consultation, or you know specifically which treatment you would like, you can book a combined Consultation & Treatment appointment directly on the relevant category page — where treatment is delivered in the same visit, if clinically appropriate.
